how to delete load after confirmation?

hello all,

please anyone can help me how to delete load after confirmation and the load status is "80 completed" ?

another question please

the freight update r4981 in not update some sale orders rate and it working ok to all sale orders except this few sale orders and reason for this? and what the solution in this case ?
