Patch 12344374 : does not changes file version of cmcicu.opc

Hi All

Applied patch 12344374, the patch was applied successfully with no errors in the logs.
But the file version for   cmcicu.opc  - After applying patch version remains 115.26.115100.11 , instead of 115.26.115100.14 as per readme.

Please help
