Query regarding HRMS RUP 5 patch for R121.1.3, as per metalink id 1456556.

This is regarding HRMS RUP 5 patch for R121.1.3, as per metalink id 1456556.1

Below are the pre req’s for HRMS RUP 5 and please clarify below questions ?
12794417:12.1.0: ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.1: CPU PATCH FOR OCT 2011 (Required for 14069503:R12.ATG_PF.B)

Patch 12794417 is for R.12.10, but we are in 12.1.3 do we still have to apply this patch as hrms Rup 5 pre req?

14069503:R12.ATG_PF.B: ATG CONSOLIDATED PATCH FOR R12.1 HRMS RUP5

Patch 14069503 is for 12.1.1 , but we are in R12.1.3 do we still have to apply this patch as hrms Rup 5 pre req?

And also I do not find any post steps for HRMS RUP 5 patch read me and also in metalink id 1456556.1
