Business Workbench Rules - Rule working fine in one environment is erroring out in another.

Hi,

I have created a custom Business Workbench Rule in my Dev instance and associated a custom workflow to the same. The BRM works fine and sends notifications properly. However, the same Rule when migrated to another instance (CRP) is not working. The workflow is erroring out without any error details. It just says "User Defined Exception".

When I try to create the escalation manually in CRP instance, I get the error "API APPS.CSR_PVT_RULES is invalid".

If anyone has any solution to this or any pointers to the solution, it will be a great help.
