Price Break Tab in Modifier & Price List form is disabled

Dear All,

I am trying to use Price break tab for a perticular item but the tab is disabled. My client want to use this modified for granting discount on the basis of quantity for some perticular items.

Please reply, if you guys r aware of this issue.
