Negative In-Process Value

Hi,
We are facing -ve Work In-Process values in some of the work orders.
I have uploaded sample Work Order UBE R31817 which contains negative In Process value for your scrutiny.
Please guide me, how to correct / avoid those -ve in process values in the work orders.
Kindly consider this as most urgent please.
