Database patch for ASCP ?

We have validated note 746824.1 and finalized the patch list required for the instances.

It also points to the note “266125.1-Distributed Installation ERP is RAC enabled APS is NOT RAC enabled” which has the details of setup needed on database.

But I am not able to find any details of the database patches that are recommended or required for ASCP.

Do we have to apply any patches on database for the below database version ?

Source EBS : 10.2.0.4.7  / 11.5.10.2 (RAC enabled)

Destination: 11gR1 / 12.1.3 (non-rac)
