Requisition not submited to Approval after rejected.

Hi all,


My Issue is :

"Approval Rejected the Requisition because requester not attach one or sonme FIle Attachment for more information.
then Requester attach one or some file into the requisition and re-submit document. Requisition Status has Changed from Rejected to In Process.
but when find view action history, the document still on Requester pending '

any suggestion for my Issue ???
