Hi Oracle Support,

I was implementing step 2 : Import seed data as per support id ID 477094.1 ( Upgrading Multilingual Siebel Deployment.) got failed with below errors.

   dataimp /u SADMIN /p ***** /c SIEBUPG_ENT_DSN /d SIEBEL /f /siebelapp/siebel8upg/dbsrvr/ARA/seed_locale.dat /h Log /w y /q 100 /e n /i /siebelapp/siebel8upg/dbsrvr/ARA/db2udb/seedupg_locale.inp /l /siebelapp/siebel8upg/dbsrvr/ARA/seedupg_locale.log /A 1

Error in importFileCb (UTLOdbcExecDirect delete).
