Unable to void termination life event- after doing reverse termination on a employee- who has a 90 d

Unable to void termination life event- after doing reverse termination on a employee- who has a 90 days wiating period for eligible benefits.
Termination and reverse termination, happens within the 90 days waiting period.

 ### Steps to Reproduce ###
1. Hire employee: 01-aug-2012 (Eligible to benefits after 90 days of hire date)
2. Processs new hire life event
3. Terminate this employee on 01-sep-2012
4. Process Termination life event on person on 02-sep-2012
5. reverse terminate the person
6. go and try to void the termination life event on the person that was processed on step 4 - you will get the error APP-BEN-91711

Does anyone have any alternate solution to handle this issue.
