Migration to Oracle 11g release 2

in my company, from about 4 years, I developed an accounting system using oracle developer 6i worked on oracle server database standard edition 9.2.0.4 
(Client-Server environment), the system is so stable and works well

nowadays we are going to migrate our database server to oracle 11g standard edition release 11.2.0.2 

I want to ask is there any risk from the migration?

Does the system will still work well on oracle 11.2.0.2

what are the expected problems I'll face after migration?

what are your recommendations ?
