Email Address In Po Approval Window Is Disabled When Email Is Checked
We are on 12.1.3 and suddenly this week noticed that for certain contacts teh email address in the approval does not default in production and stays greyed for certain contacts.In a copy of production this is working fine for the same contact.
Would you know what we need to check.Profile PO: Communication Email Default is set to conatct and has not been changed.Setups have been compared between test and production and all looks the same
