Hierarchy load failure (PNI Buffer exception)

Hi,

Hierarchy load job failes sometime due to PNI Buffer exception(RPAS - V13.1.2.36) . We use workaround as follow:

1. Delete all buffer position using dimensionMgr  by setting minpct and maxpct to 0.
2. Re-add buffer position using dimensionMgr  by setting minpct and maxpct to some optimal value.
3. Restart hierarchy load job.

Problem with this fix is that it takes around 5 to 6 hours to delete and add buffer position. After that we start hierarchy load, which runs around 5 to 6 hours. So whenever this failure happens, we are not able to complete batch jobs within time window.
