Problem Description

Upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1..While Applying american Patch following ldt file fails to Load..And It shows No data found

Error Codes
---------------------------------------------------
ORA-00001: unique constraint (EDR.EDR_AMETRAN_INPUT_VAR_P) violated ORA-01403: no data found
