11gR1 Contributor UI - create asset dialog question

I'm working with the Contributor UI, and when I go to create a new asset, in this case playing with sample avisports data, and the Create Asset dialog pops up, the dialog is compressed to a very narrow width and I can't see the whole dialog.  I can't determine how to expand the pop-up dialog as there is no expansion arrows or anything on the dialog itself.  Any help understanding how to do is is appreciated.
