Can a target point to multiple OEM installs?

We have a QA and Production OEM environment setup. Can Oracle12c OEM agent/plugins point to more than one OMR (OEM Repository)? In Oracle11g OEM, we can have multiple agents installed and thus each agent can point to its own OEM. Can we still do this with Oracle12c OEM?
