Attention: RTE Implementation issue on Tools Releases 9.1.0.2, 9.1.0.3 or 9.1.0.4.

There is a critical RTE issue reported in Tools Releases 9.1.0.2, 9.1.0.3 and 9.1.0.4. 
The events are written into the F90710 table with status = 3, but the Transaction Server does not process these messages.

If you experience this symptom, please open a SR with Support and reference this solution id:  E1: RTE: Real Time Events Stay in a Status '3' in the F90710 Table After Tools Upgrade To 9.1.0.2, 9.1.0.3, or 9.1.0.4 (Doc ID 1456339.1).
