Automate export lists or reports of CRM On Demand

Hi, I'm rookie manager CRM On Demand, I'm looking for a way to automate the export of some data from CRM. For example automate that every day at 3 am to get off the data in a file of accounts created the previous day.
Any suggestions to make this
