R 12.1.3 - Inactive Human Resources - salesrep, contract manager - in active Service Contracts ?

Hi All,

We are facing a problem managing Contacts (salesperson or contract manager) in our Service Contracts .

We usually associate two contacts/persons to the Vendor entity in each contract,  one is qualified as “Salesperson”  and the other as “Contract Manager” (who’s in fact the administrative responsible for this contract).

When we fill-in these contacts in the Contracts, the search facility displays a consistent list of resources, only showing the active resources.

Later on, when some of these resources are turned into inactive status (most of the time this is done in the “Resource” function JTFRSDEF, by entering an end date ) , there is no warning to inform the Human Resource admin  they are used in active Contracts.
