Need to have dynamic country of origin in Movement statistics

Please consider below example and let me know how we can achieve this functionality.
We are have two warehouse one in in Sweden and Another one in UK.
As per legal export authority they have different rules to maintain the Country of origin (COO).
in case of Sweden COO is Sweden only but in case of UK its China, due to export law and guideline for the raw materials which is issued while manufacturing specific product.
Now Movement statics only consider Shipping OU as COO. Now tell me one thing how i am going to maintain for such products which are manufactured in UK.
