Hi,
During the application of patch 7429271,following errors occurred.

STRT_TASK: [Perform libout actions] [] [Sun Sep 09 2012 15:31:50]


Extracting object modules from product libraries...


An error occurred while extracting files from library.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No

You should check the file
/data2/EBS11I/ebs11iappl/admin/EBS11I/log/adpatch-7429271.log

for errors.
