7420 and Infiniband performance/recommendations

Hello all,
Wondering whether there are any recommendations/performance numbers available regarding IB when using 7420. Should we use RDMA/SRP or is IPoIB/iSCSI the preferred way ?
Intuitively I would go for RDMA/SRP but there are numbers posted on the web which indicate otherwise. The question is for both Solaris 10 and 11
