Oracle RAC OCR error

Dear All,

I am getting this below error once I have restarted the Cluster. Your expert advice is highly appreciated.

Oracle 11.2.0.3 O/S - OEL 5.5 64bit

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.DATA.dg' has placement error.

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.FRA.dg' has placement error.

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.asm' has placement error.

CRS-2660: Resource 'ora.gsd' or all of its instances are disabled

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.mathews1.ASM1.asm' has placement error.

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.mathews1.LISTENER_MATHEWS1.lsnr' has placement error.

CRS-2660: Resource 'ora.mathews1.gsd' or all of its instances are disabled

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.mathews1.ons' has placement error.

CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.mathews1.vip' has placement error.
