Unable to start Oracle VM Manager CLI

Dear Experts,
Kindly help me as I am stuck with starting the Oracle VM Manager on the GUI and even the CLI.

First, I couldn't login to GUI it displayed the following error "unexpected error during login (com.oracle.ovm.mgr.api.exception.FailedOperationException:'OVMAPI_6000E Internal Error: Connection refused Connection refused Mon Sep 10 11:13:48 WAT 2012), please consult logs for details".

After trying starting the ovmm using the "service ovmm start" command, I noticed the "service ovmm status" shows "Oracle VM Manager is not running..."

I can stop the Oracle VM Manager, but cannot start it.

Please how can I change the Oracle VM Manager status from "not running" to "running"
