Commission Calculation

Hi All,
If anyone can help me understand the commission calculation in Sales. I have set the following:

Load Factor - 110(10%)
Fixed Cost amount - 12
Commission % = 5

My Order value = 210
Order cost   = 150.

In F42005 the commission is shown as 0.9.

I am unable to understand  how the system calculates the commission value.

Can anyone help me understand this.
