How to complete the account profile in the Self-Service Student in the Campus Solution?

   I'm struggling to set the profile in self-care institutions to set to allow students to buy Items to Purchase.

Have been marked in defining the set of institutions that want to allow IInstitution Several Shopping;

It has been allowed electronic payments in the student self-service in both the definition of the set of institutions and the business unit.

The items purchased were defined for all users to have permission for buying them.

BUT ..

By accessing the self-service page Items to Purchase, the system displays the following message: "Can not display your account at this time. To access the information, please contact the finance department to complete the account profile"
