How do we capture scrap quantity against each routing operation

Hi

We are implementing E9.1 for our client and we do require suggestions/best practices to capture the scrap quantity against each routing operation. As per standard JDE design, we can capture scrap quantity only at the last routing operation at the time of superbackflush, along with completed quantity.

In our case, we have defined each routing operation as a backflush operation to capture both material and hours. At some operations, we need to capture the scrap quantity also. However the captured scrap quantity is not reflected or added to the scrap quantity captured at the last stage of the operation. We understand that if we capture the scrap quantity at each operation , that quantity will be accounted as variance amount and not as scrap amount.

Howdy, Stranger!
