Netapp SMO mount issue

Try to mount Netapp SMO backup to a different server. The window version and bits version are different. Hit errors. Complain can not mount files to a server with different window version.

Any one had such kind of issue before?

My job task is: mount SMO backup to tape backup server which has different window version. Hit error.

NetApp support seems don't care about the SR at all.
