Server Virtualization Support Request P2V of Veritas clustered servers

Hi

I looking for recommendations on best option to upgrade our Siebel Veritas Cluster Gateway Servers. Below is the summary to best explain our situtation.

VMware support options to proceed with upgrade of the current Siebel Gateway Cluster Physical Servers scheduled to be refreshed. Below are options for moving forward in 2013. Currently we are looking best practice recommendation in selection of Siebel Configuration setup for Clustering while still allowing
Siebel Application resources, DB, SAN, NAS and DR without affecting capacity and performance.
Investigating options currently running Siebel 7.8.2.14 SIA Siebel Enterprise Physical Servers configured for 2 Node VTS Cluster with Global Cluster option connected to NAS and SAN storage. IBM has provided the following recommendation from VMware on solutions to upgrade to either new virtual servers or physical servers options below:
