Aging - 7 Buckets - By Account Report not showing current data

Hello Folks,

We have a problem with this report since R12 upgrade. We are on R 12.1.3 and here is the problem:

Even though it was run on Sept 6 2012, this report is only showing month end balances.  For example, if we run this report on Sept 11, 2012 we would like to see what tenants have not paid September 2012 rent.  But no new information, even the daily post of cash receipts do not show up until "SUBMIT ACCOUNTING" is performed. This makes it labor intensive to reconcile an account without up to date information.

Prior to R12, we were able to view current month activity on the A/R Bucket report without having to run Submit Accounting but now it appears this is necessary.  Could you please tell me what has changed or if there is a way around this since we only Submit Accounting at month end?
