Problem with LOOPS in JDE World P035001 with BIPublisher

I am working on the Statement of Account report P035001 and I am having an issue doing sub loops when multiple addresses are printed on a form. The groups do not seem to match my requirement and need some instruction to overcome this issue

 

The problem is that I am displaying the DETAIL1 section inside a loop. above the loop is a heading for the group of DETAIL1 and below is a footer.

 

TEST_TXTC (Header name - address name),

(F BEGIN LOOP)DETAIL1. DETAIL1 data (E - END LOOP),

TOTAL1_NameAplha (footer name address name and total),

Then the next TEST_TXTC (Header Name - address name),
