Patch 15 for BRM 7.4 documentation

Hi,
I checked the new patch Patch 14276344: BRM74PS15 but unfortunately the brm_74ps15_relnotes.pdf file contains the same contents that brm_74ps15_install.pdf file. The first file is not correct.

I don't know if this is the correct forum to do this observation, but I hope could help to correct the contents of the compressed file.
