Memory fault (coredump) when run the TKPROF

Hi ,

I got an error Memory fault (coredump) when run the TKPROF but I could not see any new error message in coredump please help me to resolve this issue

Database version 9.2.0.6 and the OS is AIX 5.3

output = prdr_ora_716826.out
