Negative In Process Value - Clarification

Hi,
We are suffering with negative (-ve) In Process Work Order values in some of the Work Orders.
We have successfully implemented Mix Mode Manufacturing last week only.

Can anyone confirm that in lieu of the above, negative (-ve) In Process Work Order values in the Work Orders will be avoided ?
