Unable to load data through Essbase Studio

 We are loading metadata and data from tables in Oracle DB to Essbase cube through Studio.  We are following the below process.

Fact Table

All dimensions foreign keys and "Actual" data present in here. Actual is one of our scenario. This fact table has one column which is "varchar" and the rest are "numbers". Actual data column is a "number".

Dimension Table

The dimension table contains all the dimensions used like Account, Period, Dealer, Entity, Scenario.

What should be the "measure" dimension in this case i.e., "Scenario"? 

If we make Scenario as a Measure dimension, how about the Accounts dimension which will not have any of the properties which we get from tagging it  as Accounts Type dimension.
