Some accounted transactions showing in Period exception as unaccounted

Hi,
We are using  R 12.1.3 version. When we try to close the AP period some of the transactions showing as unaccounted.

But actually that transactions got accounted successfully and accounting status showing as "Processed".

In this case what we needs to be done.Can anyone help on this please.
