Oracle11i - Unable to view a SR number in Find Service Requests tab

Hi All,

My user is facing an issue that he/she is unable to query for a Service Request number in Find Service Requests tab.

I tried querying for the SR number in cs_incidents_all_b table but not getting the SRs.

Any pointers on this issue?
