After impdp table column sizes are different for some tables, and some columns

First time posting something hire

We expirenced some challenging situation that on developments machines while importing same dump on one of it like in subject just few columns are in different size. Exacly columns that should be varchar2(4000) they are one with size 90 second with 120.

Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit, Windows 2008 R2 64 bit

Did You ever seen that before and could You help me out with this?
