Additional charges on subinventory transfer

 Hi,
I have following scenario

Item name:ABC
Unit Cost:10
Item Qty:5
Item cost:50
Costing method:Average
Subinventory:A
Org:South

The requirement is to charge addition charges(GST) when subinventory transafer from subiventory A to subinvenotry B and this cost should not be added to item unit cost.Also this GST should be charge in separate gl account.

But in subinvenotry transafer,there is no addition charges field.

Please help
