Order Line Status is showing "Awaiting Fulfilment", but Service Request is closed

We have encountered an issue with one line (Billing Type: Material). The line has been loaded onto the Service Request and even thought the service request was completely closed, the Line Status is showing "Awaiting Fulfilment".Because of the issue it is not possible to invoice the customer.
