temp tablespace %used didn't co-inside in temp datafile %used in EM 10g

Hello All,

As I've observed, in our Oracle Enterprise Manager 10G the temp datafile used% status didn't co-inside in temp tablespace used% status.
In tablespace the %used is changing dynamically up and down, but it seems datafile %used always grows up and never been go down
unlike in EM 11g the tablespace and datafile %used dynamically change synchronously. Is it a bug or this is normal, if it is normal i need anyone
explain why it behave like that.
