BI PUBLISHER ERROR WHEN PREVIEWING RTF TEMPLATE IN MS WORD 2007

 I'm using BI Publisher and I've created a RTF Template Using the Template  Builder for Word.
 
  When I preview the template I get the following error: "Windows cannot find
  'C:\DOCUME~1\mydirectory\Local'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and
  then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click
  Search".
 
I tried to reinstall BIP and upgrade java environement from 6 to 7 but I don't succeed in working the preview of the report.
