restrict Items in Sales Order Screen- R12.04

 Dear 
We have a requirement to restrict the Items on a Sales order line for few items. These are the items assigned to a Inv Org PW1. I cannot change the item validation org from master to this for one. Since we are not on r12.1+ we do not item order ability options too.

I have 10 Items assigned to inv org PW1. When i book the sales order, in the LOV items only these 10 items to be made visible. If any one has built a personalization based on this, please share.
