we are trying to apply the patch 13979372 ,in th readme it says- If you are at Oracle Developer Suite 6i Patchset 19 (Release 6.0.8.28), check
My Oracle Support Knowledge Document 1082747.1 for any applicable action

We are not clear what does that mean though we went through the documents
