ODM Linking Webforms to Programs

I have a customer who has created a microsite which consists of the following:

 

    * 4 microsite pages

    * 1 webform

    * 3 programs

    * 1 Campaign

 

They have created a campaign to capture these components. They are sending emails to people with a link to the home page: www.execinisght.com.au.

 

They arrive at the landing page/home page where they find three main buttons (ignore the buttons on the right) in the centre of the page which are linked directly to 3 landing pages.

On each landing page they have a link to a webform using the code: ${Program.RegisterLink("Click Here To Contact Us Today")}
