When searching for EBS PreRequisite Patches, I get the following error: "No Patch name or number fou

INV Patch # 9543619 has a PreRequisite Patch 9839001 that is missing in Patch Search.

When I search via Metalink on Patches and Updates,  I get the following error: "No Patch name or number found for "9839001". Click Edit Search to search by Bug Number"

PreRequisites for patch # 11077776, 10379126 and 11811757 are missing too?

As well as PreRequisite for patch # 12799914, 9525003 is missing too?
