Releve 1 Form Change
Q: Have you heard that Revenue of Quebec has modified the Releve 1 form to eliminate the use of footnotes codes?
A: Revenue of Quebec has modified the Releve 1 form to eliminate the use of footnotes for tax year 2012. This is similar to what was implemented by Canada Revenue Agency back in 2010 for T4A: eliminated the footnotes and add Additional Information Codes to the form. Please look for this new change in the T-4 Yearend update that will be available toward the end of this year.
