location added to wrong legal entity

I have one ledger about 90 legal entities, each legal entity having multilpe balancing segment values assigned. I have assigned one of the balancing segments to the wrong legal entity. The problem is that I now cannot use AGIS with this BSV since the legal entity that it was assigned is the legal entity that creates the AGIS transactions.

I need to unasign this BSV from one legal entity and assign it to another legal entity within the same ledger. When I upgraded to R12 I saw that this was not possible but I though I saw that there was going to be an enhancement to correct issue.
