Making Lockbox Import Process User Friendly

Hi,

The Bank places the BAI File on our server. It is encrypted. A Custome process decrypts the file and places the file on the same server. The Bank may send more than 1 file every day.

How do you expec the user to enter the file path to import it as he is not familiar with the Unix file naming convention?

Is there any user friendly process available that would make the user feel comfortable for Bank File Import?
