Can't run ADHOC report using Report Manager R12.1.3

      Hello Folks,

     I am unable to run an ad hoc report using report manager; It completes with an error, I have attached the log. I am able to run a report from GL using same row set and column set which i used to define ad hoc report in both text and xml output successfully.

  However when i run using Report Manager, it just completes with an error. Do I need to apply a patch or something? If anyone has run into the same problem then please drop a line.
